Complimentary Self Parking will be available at Disney’s Wedding Pavilion parking area. The Wedding Pavilion is adjacent to the Grand Floridian Resort, however, it has a separate gated entrance and separate parking area. Please look for the Wedding Pavilion entrance sign. 


If you are staying at the Grand Floridian Resort, it is approximately a 10 minute walk to the Wedding Pavilion. Valet parking at the Grand Floridian is $40 and complimentary self-parking is available on a space-available basis.

Make sure to bring your ID with you. Disney reserves the right to require age verification to be served alcohol. Please do NOT bring any prohibited items. A Security check is required to enter EPCOT.

Complimentary Motorcoach transportation will be waiting for you at the Wedding Pavilion immediately after the ceremony to whisk you off to EPCOT’s Private Entrance for the night’s remaining events! Promptly board the motorcoach so you will not miss a minute of the magic! 
 



Transportation for Early departures from EPCOT will be on the half-hours with the last Early departure at 11:30pm. Please arrive at departure location early so you do not miss your ride. Our reception ends at 12:30am; we would love for you to stay with us until the very end for our send-off! The FINAL departure from Epcot will be at 12:45 am. 
 



Motorcoaches will return guests to the Wedding Pavilion as well as Pop Century, Caribbean Beach, or Grand Floridian Resorts. If parked at the Wedding Pavilion, your car may remain overnight, if needed.
